When we think of the best urban markets, there are some that are doing really well. But it also has to deal with regulations, you know, cities have just cracked down. And a lot of people had to switch over to midterm rentals. So I mean, it's one of those things where it's tricky. We want to invest in areas where the community sentiment is generally positive to short term rentals.
