How to Hire Fast and Fire Fast

Employees want structure and they want clear, repeatable systems that lead them to be being able to do a good job. So all that advice around autonomy is, in my opinion, bull crap. You have to hire fast and fire faster. Take your time hiring. If you're hiring somebody for $150,000 a year, it's a really high skilled job. But most of us are not. Most of us need people to accomplish clear tasks.
