The pain that- and this is an interesting point. I tried to weave this in earlier but I couldn't find the right point to bring it in. But the agent that brings on the painful experience is a schemic pain. Right. So what's happened with a heart attack is that blood flow to the heart muscle itself has been interrupted. And so the tissue is now particularly the muscles are running out of oxygen. Now they try to make ATP without oxygen. This is called anaerobic respiration. Until the cells will start dying.right? Yeah. In that early phase where you're potentially getting the chest pain, the metabolism of those cells start to alter. Like the hydrogen ions
