The USMCA and NAFTA Free Trade Agreement
The USMCA is an update of the NAFTA Free Trade Agreement that was negotiated by the Trump administration and passed actually by Congress with bipartisan support. People think of Silicon Valley as sort of a hotbed of activism in the business world, to some extent. The politics that have dominated certain companies there would fall into what we'd call the libertarian area like no government action on anything practically from legalizing marijuana but also, for example, to minimizing regulations and taxes on business.
