What Is an Online Conference?

Training to me is behaviour, feedback, revision. So training doesn't necessarily mean being in front of my learner with some kibble and shaping behaviour. It can also mean setting the antecedence up, which is knowledge for me. You need to reach individuals. And don't give things to this part of the problem. What is an online conference?
