Introduction
It's been a little more than two years since Myanmar's general stage Daku and I ousted Aung San Suu Kyi from power. Independent estimates suggest that the military Yunta had killed nearly 3,000 civilians and jailed another 18,000 since the 1st of February 2021. Russia, China and India continue to engage the Yunta, lending it a degree of respectability. Later this year, the Yunta led by senior general Min Aung Lang is threatening to hold elections.
