Is There a Role of Teal in a Side Hustle?
I really like that analogy of t the cycle, and i personally think it makes a lot of sense in something that i've always tried to employ for myself. I'd be curious to know, if we want to get there, collectively as a work place, as a culture, et cetera,. what are the other things that need to evolve that would make more of that happen? Or perhaps what would else we need to happen in terms of the approach of companies or managers, you know, etcetera. A sense of ownership of the career. And then obviously, i would like to see better alignment between employees and employers.
