If you're not getting it, it's like getting zero o mega three fats in your diet. An area of your body is suffering. And especially your skin, your joints and your gut health will suffer the most. When i've had people start doing bone broth or using a multicologan protein supplement, just the results have been really, really powerful for what i've seen. I do think college in is one of those things, food supplements, whatever you want to call it, that people should be taking every day.
