Ontario Daycare Program
In Ontario the new daycare program that was negotiated with the feds is just rumbling along. There's some sense that we're going to get a rebate at some point, but no one has said what it will be. The federal government can provide a lot of money and they can say hey we would love it if you spent it on this or they could say hey we're requiring that you spend it on this. But how many prime ministers want to be holding back health care funding in large amounts at any point never mind during a pandemic?
