The Pros and Cons of High Frequency Trading

In high frequency trading you stress test your strategies against historical market data. In DeFi we don't have to do as much guessing because the data is fully transparent at least for on chain things not centralized exchanges so there's less of this statistical inference problem and more of a like how well can you replicate their strategy exactly like you know exactly to the T? So that's what we really focus on is making sure that our simulations are our models of these agents replicate people's behaviors and practice as well as possible.
