Fear of Failure on the Job
What makes fear of failure on the job so anxiety provoking? What makes us so scared of even small mistakes on the job? I don't talk to people about failuren. What i what i usually focus on is unwonted results. At unwonted result is that you you take a risk and you didn't get the result that you want. The reason is because people don't do accurate assessments of their process. Sometimes we can have an excellent process and have poor results. And sometimes we have a poor process and have great results.
