Is There a Difference Between Intention and Consciousness?

I'm of the belief that it's very hard to do something wrong in awareness. And we often open up a application that makes us feel worse about ourselves when we're done looking at it. So we purpose and intent is what we have to use when we're approaching all of these things, including life. I think like you said, like I also use social media, but I think there's such a difference between using it intentionally and using it unconsciously.
