The pay gap between women who have children and women who don't is bigger than the gender pay gap. When they would have identical resumes with like a woman's, you know, two women's name and one of the resumes indicated children like PTA and special interest or something,. Women would be recommended for lower salaries by 15%. People would look at their resumes far more critically as far as and be much more inclined to impose harsher penalties for things like lateness.
