The DOJ's Guidance on Financial Institutions

There are some parallels here and this is why I want to mention it. Every big bank that you can think of, I mean, Barre Play, Credit Suisse, UBS, Morgan Stanley Goldman Sachs, every large financial institution got into trouble all at the same time. The challenge was that they failed to implement a system of follow up and review to determine that the supervisors were reasonably following the firm's policies. And so this provides the challenge I'm going to come back to because even though this is about the financial institutions and these regulations that they're required to follow, unlike the DOJ guidance which says, hey, if you want credit for your compliance program, you should do something kind
