The Low Turnout in the Puerto Rican Referendum

I'm not even confident that more than 75% of adult Americans would know that there are 50 states exactly. So that's why I would be very willing to bet that most Americans think it is already a state or think it is a separate country and just don't really have any opinion on this matter at all.
