In the Hegelian or the dialectical conception, they're a process. So the idea and the father position gives birth to the son, which is the state. And then he also said that the perfect idea gives birth to a state. The state is the divine idea as it exists on earth. Then the state gives rise to conditions that people live in, which gives rise to a society. That's where this leftist stateism comes into play now.
