Is Vorano a Strong Operator?

Vorano has a very, very large footprint where they didn't have to do a huge acquisition. They focus on margins like true leaf, but they care about forward thinking and what they care about growing that footprint, like green thumb. So i even though the multiple doesn't show it, the multiple seems to imply that they are asubstantially worse operator than everyone else. But in reality, after they get new york and minnesota right, you can argue that they're one of the top teer operators. And they should be having a multiple in line with queen thumb, or even higher.
