I'm genuinely angry about the pneumococcal medications, which is not great for my patients. So I think this has been really exciting. You know, a lot of patients had here had been hearing rumblings for quite a while. One of the big things is it can't be used with Hep B, so they have to be Hepatitis B as we tend to use Tanofavir a lot for Hep D infections. Copper caveats to it is that it has to be done in a medical visit.
