Do You Need to Get Your Diet Right?

Sleep and diet, right? There are just two huge things. Andd at the alcohol and the sugar and eating late at night. Terrible for your sleep. They feed in to each other. The third thing is, is exercise. I find that for me personally, lifting heavy weights makes me feel much better. It's what i call a keystone behaviour. Rough i do this one thing, the probability of my other behaviors being good increases. So think you need, you need to get your diet t ik, just some regular level. Doesn't need to be no perfect or greater. But it's very easy, especially in financial centers, to have it truly horrible a diet
