You're not a worse sinner or less redeemable sinner. The person to the right of you and the pew doesn't have the anxiety or the depression that you do. That temptation, that inward voice of sin is incorrect for all people. It is not just those struggling with diagnosed psychological illness. Be wise serpents. And if their pis has really good access to your ears, and so I would vet, I would vet that whatever you're getting there isn't an attack on the ears because that's where faith comes in.
