The Importance of Administration in Churches

Administration need not necessarily mean the bricks and mortar stuff. I think administration is more towards careism personally as, as, and that you can actually put qualified people in place to deal with the day-to-day decisions on that regard. There's this expectation that I should know all things and do all things and be, and I don't think that's healthy either. And so we expect that there can be no limits to what could be expected of people and that everyone should live up to the ideal. Yeah. The medieval church had no ideal. They had, well, they had the ideal of the saint, but that was something concrete. And your life would actually just manifest itself
