The Tensions Within Cartesianism
I'm very sympathetic to idealism. God is that God structures his ideas in creation in a way that was best understood from the Aristotelian Thomistic perspective. At some fundamental level, there is information and that presupposes a mind. And I think that's very hospitable in a sort of Cartesian frame,. particularly because of his Augustinianism.
