Choosing the Nature of Your Communications
It's this common misconception about like architecting your microservices wrong or over architecting it. I tend to spend a bit more time up front just understanding how the business is organizing themselves, the maturity of the different areas of the business as well. If I rewind time 50 years ago, we tend to find that there's a lot of synchronous communication inside of an organizational boundary. But if it's not something I need an answer right away, then I'll choose an asynchronous, former communication.
