Podcasts - Why Should We Be Doing Podcasts?
Spotify is a mobile app that lets users listen to podcasts. The company has been experimenting with adding podcast into the existing music player for years because they wanted their listeners to be able to skip ahead by 15 seconds, or save state instead of always playing from beginning. But it wasn't immediately clear if it would ever pay off. So spotify decided to spend time upfront talking and getting right perspectives on the problem before making any big decisions.
