The UK is actually quite far ahead of Germany to everybody's surprise, no doubt. You've got double the energy intensity per kilowatt hour in your electricity. We'll be shutting down all coal by 2025. And I would argue that we did a big chunk of that by keeping our nuclear going. But on a lot of fronts, having the carbon price flaw, which was an innovation completely unexpected,. There's been a number of policies under David Cameron and George Osborne - many of them now being copied by Germany.
