A lot of LPs just looked at TV PI in the same way VCs looked at top line growth without really thinking about actually TV PI means nothing. The DPI is very sporadic and very random and may not be realized in the timeframe that you want. If there's no distributions or there's like really high fair market value, take the time with the LP to walk them through different ways of thinking about the portfolio.
