Mani: I think we are talking more about basic level skills training that doesn't necessarily have life or death implications into it. But when you are getting into more complex things that might be safety related, people might be getting bored with that training. Tom: Why aren't we kind of like mentioning observations along training? Like you train if you've delivered with all with a whole holistic training and then get done with observations and also using something called the CIT interviews. Mani: We need to come up with different ways in which we can gather information and how we can see how this training is effective within our organization.
