Y I've, I've Seen That Before.

i tend to stick to more internal awareness, or something that you need to figure out on your own. I almost would do something where i would put them in a position where the hamshim has to work and almost like get their hampshun like cramp. And then i'll immediately flip them over and put them into a lunge. So it's almost like putting your hip into extension while you're kind of pushing your hips into the floor. But those are the cues that i, iintend to stay more with.
