Isogini

Isogini comes from isotopes of methane, different flavors of methane. So we're really looking into who's who of the microbial world by looking at their genomes. As permafrost thaws, the microbial community changes and it shifts from miserly microbes that can barely decompose some methane to expansive, very hungry, active communities.
