Is There a Supervisor in the Agency?

So thereis a very big difference if you are a a primary therapist that's working directly with clients,. verses if you have a a supervisory position. One of the work rounds is, i have talked to agencies where if there's not a supervisor available as part of the agency that is training e m d r a, they will sometimes contract with some oe outside to provide supervision specifically for those cases.
