The reason why we've managed to do this is because the core of the team have been together for a very long time doing this sort of thing. And ovitef this huge complexity in doing that, and can't really learn at university. I liken it to building aeroplanes, passenger aeroplanes. There aren't that many teams in the world available with that sort of skill set. But there are now a lot of people in the world trying to build that sort
