There are a lot of layoffs happening in tech right now. Couple that with AI, that makes people form a productive. What ends up happening? Well, they lay people off. And then when people are generally laid off, contractors are usually ones that get hired back. The way that I run this company and I realize I don't need to hire more people,. It's just from a business perspective, why do I need to hire someone else? Yeah.
