The Idea of Augmented Intelligence (AI)
i'm an anxious person. I think the depersolusion here woud have been for me to get a councellor ten years ago. But since didn't do that, i i had to fight my anxiety with other ways,. So i built out this little short cut that i is king with these ideas of augmented intelligence. These are simple reminders that show up at randomly interspersed intervalsthe next during the period that i'm planning and working. And i with random sort of phrases that check in on my status. The whole point is to simply give me a thing that i'm not waiting for because if it was evenly spaced, it wouldn't make any sense.
