Churches need to have both a reach strategy and a discipleship strategy or spiritual formation. Everything you put online should have a purpose, so that's helping people take the steps you're trying to help them take. Pick an audience and name the personas. Get really specific. The third thing I would say is remember early in the pandemic, do your local service earlier than everyone else.
