How to Hydrate for a Long Run or Long Race

Having a plan for hydration is better than trying to drink to thirst. Don't be afraid to change that plan in the middle of the race. If you are thirsty, drink more and make sure to supplement with electrolytes. And then finally, after a race, typically we finish and we feel awful. Make sure to have someone in your crew or someone in your life or keep yourself accountable to rehydrate afterwards.
