Is This a Computer Science Question or Is It an Algorithm?

Lawyers of course do have a rather long tradition in interpreting abstract terms in particular such terms by going back to the fundamentals and explaining fundamental rights in many cases. The self-recruitment of computer scientists leads to a situation where people starting to think about fairness are not necessarily diverse by themselves right so there's all kind of biases already in the group of people thinking of this. I would expect it to be very difficult to then find an agreement that is that is on what fairness might might mean in the development of such a system and that leads to a very very fundamental ethical dilemma.
