A lot of the leaders you work with though feel they need to put on and let's just call that a fake facade for the moment? Yeah, and I coached them out of it. Like encourage others to be sad and scared too. We want to welcome the intelligence of emotions. They're so wise. So we just make room for all those feelings to come out. Once they've made room, then the leader can say, okay, you guys, I really appreciate all of us being real about that.
