As a leader, you really work to maintain your own perspective and mine set while helping your team with yours. Often it's a case by case basis. You know, some things you don't want to burden your team with because they don't have the ability to solve it. By bringing up the problem, it may make them feel helpless. Other situations, your making them aware of a problem, youre bringing them alongside you while you solve it. Theyr goingto ae new perspectives that you didn't. And so i think you dont win possible.
