How to Compute Strategies for Incomplete Information Games?

Econo has for a long time thought about, what is the meaning of equilibrium as a concept? Is this where a learning process converges, or by trial and error, we sort of end up in an equilibrium? That turns out not to be true for every concept, but it's true in some restricted classes. The most pure way of thinking about equilibrium is sort of the convergence of some type of process of trial and error. And so my strategy is essentially a best response to your strategy if you are playing your strategy.
