The Importance of Facilitation in the Design Process

Many times, it's not until you're using a different part of your brain and thinking things differently that you realize that this is good. I would say sometimes even more important than the actual design skills themselves. You give yourself a chance to think of those things in advance. Our process isn't design, iterate, design, test, and then demo. There's a practicing for the demo stage in there that is sometimes missing.
