The Importance of Self-Defense
The reason broken windows works is a theory that was put out in 1982, this very controversial out of the 70s. It sends a subtle but unconscious signal that it's okay to break windows. And soon you have no windows left on that street. This is about why are we not applying public policies? We've gone through cycles in cities where there's civic disorder, rising crime and all that. The lesson is solve the problem leaders. Solve the problem. Not try not to be afraid. I am afraid.
