Is There Any Connective Tissue Between the First and Second Volumes?
The first volume was written in a much more scholarly style than we know it to day. When spenglor published the second volume, he also published a revised edition of the first volume. And tis the changes he er he brought to the first volume are not so much changes in contemt but rather in style. So he basically scrapped everything that sounded a bit too scholarly, formulated that in his own a bit more dictatorial, easy to read style.
