Lindsay: What can you do in the morning that makes you feel good? That can be such opposite ends of the spectrum. For me, it's just going to but as simple as getting outside and moving my body a little bit. Something about going outside and getting fresh air and just like being and nature. I completely log out of all social media aps when i wake up. It reminds me of the simple things that are important. Even if it's just five minutes, for me, there's multiple things that i do while i'm on a walk that's kind of like part of a routine.
