You are responsible for confessing all the mortal sins which you know yourself to have committed since your last valid confession. Confession is also a means whereby to grow in christian perfection. But when it comes to praying for deceased family members, do we continue pray their souls in purgatory for an expanded period of time or should our prayers for them change after a certain amount of time has passed? That's a great question and i just think that i just hope that i can just notice until we don't even have what it means to abide in christian certainty.
