The Process of Memory Re-Consolidation

memory re-consolidation is a very special type of neuroplasticity that was not known to exist until around 2000. The process takes a specific piece of emotional learning or emotional conditioning and un-learns it so thoroughly that it is erased. And we've been using this process in our own practices and teaching it to therapists all around the world. It has some really clear to us that using this process greatly increases therapists consistency in achieving real breakthroughs.
