I mean, this is a graski teret in a brutal situation here. I just don't think that can close it at this point. The thing is, they still are harvesting 200 bips a year from the enormous quantities,. over 50 billion of capital in g b d c. So their incentive is not to wind up the trust or have any kind of global settlement.
