The Importance of Agnosticism in the Algorithm

The justices used the term neutral or as I recall, use that term neutral once or twice. So it was agnostic in the sense it didn't care what you wanted. It just gave you what you wanted and served that up. But Elon Musk takes over Twitter and tells them to change the algorithm so that it is more likely to surface certain types of content. And let's say for our purposes here, it's white supremacist content or something like that.
