I think so many people are trying to be like, yeah, but I want to do ghee pull-ups and was explosive rotational. Trying to mimic Jiu Jitsu in a gym is the last thing you need to do. You actually need to do some really good work that will help balance you. But then also help develop you. The skill element of this is incredibly valuable. If you're willing to give six days a week to your strength training, then yes, you can have relative success with those things over the next few years. That's not going to come from I shop to the gym once or twice a week and do a few heavy steps. It's time allocation.
