How to Disempower Yourself Through Self-Work

When you share your vulnerabilities, they lose power. You disempower it by revealing and talking about it. What started in fear doesn't have to continue in fear. And here's my last thought. I usually don't believe someone when they loudly declare, I don't care what anybody thinks about me. Our reputations are important. Many of us give respect and do our best to gain it from others. If they can discard others, they can discard you.
