Paul Cruickshank: I don't think it must have changed from an oil market perspective. The two key objectives, which have been unambiguously stated from the beginning, they're being achieved. He says unless something dramatic changes within oil markets or on the ground in Ukraine, he doesn't see current oil flows going to and from Asia being disrupted.Cruickshanks: If Asian customers, including India, are the main beneficiaries of this, that's entirely fine with the U.S., EU and their partners.
